Current Openings

  • Service Technician
    Salary: $30–$45/hour (based on experience and tools provided)

    As our Service Technician, you’re the boots on the ground and a key part of delivering the final Archetype experience to our clients. You bring craftsmanship, problem-solving, and attention to detail together to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.

    Primary Objectives:

    • Execute cabinet finals with precision and care

    • Handle service appointments, including door and drawer replacements

    • Install hardware and complete small cabinetry installations as needed

    • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally

    • Act as a trusted liaison between Archetype and our clients

    Requirements:

    • Strong hands-on experience with custom cabinetry installation and service

    • A high standard of workmanship and pride in execution

    • Adaptability and a positive, solutions-focused mindset

    • Availability for Monday–Friday work, with optional Saturdays

    • Clean Driving Record

    We offer a dynamic role with plenty of variety—no two days are the same. A vehicle allowance is available for those providing their own transportation, and you’ll be part of a team that values quality, trust, and doing things right.
